The Church of Qi is an invitation to receive the Medicine of Shentara in community. The seamless weaving of Meridian Technologies into an embodied flow of experience creates a unique opportunity to soften, restore, and rejuvenate.
These group Journeys are designed to be accessible, welcoming, and deeply nourishing. When we gather with our shared intentions, the field of healing deepens for everyone present.
We begin with an all-levels Qigong practice to breathe, stretch and flow into harmonious alignment. Qigong is meditative medicine in motion, allowing us to access the innate healing abilities of the body, open our meridian channels and activate our energetic fields.
From this deeply relaxed, revitalized and centered place we lay down and receive a blissful sound healing bath of singing bowls, sacred song and vibrational medicine. Daoist Meridian Therapeutics will be offered to all who wish to receive.
In this space we may profoundly unwind, creating space for body and mind to heal and feel balanced, nourished and aligned.
