We begin with an all-levels Qigong practice to breathe, stretch and flow into harmonious alignment. Qigong is meditative medicine in motion, allowing us to access the innate healing abilities of the body, open our meridian channels and activate our energetic fields.

From this deeply relaxed, revitalized and centered place we will lay down and receive a blissful sound healing bath of singing bowls, sacred song and vibrational medicine. Energy work will be offered to all who wish to receive. In this space we may profoundly unwind, creating space for body and mind to heal and feel balanced, nourished and aligned.

Please bring a water bottle and anything you need to set up a comfortable nest for yourself on the floor, such as yoga mat/pad, blankets, bolsters, pillows, etc.. Feel free to make it as simple or lush and luxurious as you like.

Sean T Fox is a student and teacher of Life devoted to personal and global health. As a Daoist Medicine Minister, Yoga and Qigong Teacher, Ceremonialist, Sound Healer and Musician, Sean T has cultivated a broad perspective of wellness which weaves across centuries, continents and cultures. With a mission to bridge the Wisdom of Ancient Ways with Life in the modern day, the practice of Shentara includes Ceremonial Healing Journeys, Qigong Classes and Workshops, Voice Activations and Trainings in the Healing Arts. Eostar Kamala’s sound journeys are meditations guided by the sound of various instruments, with varying frequencies and vibrations…most of which are rich in overtones that resonate deeply in one’s body and auric field. Eostar has played sacred acoustic music and sound healing music to audiences along the West Coast and South America for more than two decades as a devotional musician and as sound healer. She creates sound-scapes using didgeridoo, tank-drums, kalimbas, drums, monochord, crystal bowls, chimes, Tibetan bowls, guitar, Gong and throat-singing.
