This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into voluntarily by the undersigned individual ("Member") and the Universal Alliance, a private nonprofit spiritual collective ("Alliance"). By signing this document, the Member joins the private spiritual, religious and educational domain of the Alliance and its affiliated ministry, Shentara Wellness ("Shentara").
1. Purpose and Intent
The Member enters this Agreement as a conscious and sovereign being in alignment with the values, principles, and spiritual mission of the Alliance. This Agreement creates a private membership association and distinguishes the Member from the general public for all interactions within the Alliance and Shentara. All services, communications, ceremonies, and offerings occur within a private, spiritual, and religious domain.
2. Values and Principles
The Member agrees to uphold the following guiding values of the Alliance throughout their participation in any and all activities:
Unity - Peace - Freedom - Responsibility - Compassion - Gratitude
3. Membership Term and Renewal
Membership requires a minimum commitment of one month beginning on the date of acceptance. Continued access to offerings and the private members area of the Shentara website is contingent upon active membership.
4. Nature of Offerings and Private Spiritual Domain
All offerings provided by the Alliance or Shentara are spiritual, religious, or educational in nature. These offerings include but are not limited to ceremonies, teachings, healing arts, devotional practices, movement practices, and spiritual counsel. Sacred Medicines or ritual tools used in any ceremony are expressions and sacraments of religious belief and are not offered to the general public.
The Member acknowledges that these offerings are not medical, clinical, or licensed healthcare services, and are not intended to replace such services. The Member agrees to seek appropriate professional help outside the private domain whenever needed.
5. Member Conduct, Confidentiality, and Protection of the Private Domain
The Member agrees to participate in all offerings and community interactions with honesty, respect and compassion. All communications, teachings, and experiences within the Alliance and Shentara are private and confidential. The Member agrees not to record, publish, broadcast, distribute, or disclose any private information or content without explicit permission.
The Member affirms that they are not acting on behalf of any governmental, corporate, regulatory, investigative, or enforcement agency while participating in the private domain.
6. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Responsibility
The Member voluntarily assumes full responsibility for their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing when participating in any activity or offering. The Member acknowledges that spiritual or ceremonial practices may involve personal introspection, emotional processes, physical movement, or use of ritual tools.
By agreeing to this document, the Member waives any claim against the Alliance, Shentara, and all ministers, facilitators, guides, or volunteers for any perceived injury, loss, or consequence that arises from voluntary participation. The Member agrees to hold the Alliance and Shentara harmless to the fullest extent permitted within the private domain and applicable law.
7. Revocation of Membership
The Alliance and Shentara reserve the right to revoke or suspend membership at any time for any reasonable cause. Grounds for revocation may include violation of confidentiality, harmful or disruptive behavior, disrespect for the sacred nature of the space, or any action that threatens community safety or integrity. Revocation may occur without prior notice if circumstances require immediate action.
8. Conflict Resolution
In the spirit of harmony and mutual respect, any dispute or grievance between the Member and the Alliance or Shentara shall first be addressed through private mediation. Both parties agree to pursue resolution through compassionate communication and peaceful dialogue. Legal action may be pursued only after all reasonable attempts at mediation have been exhausted.

• Understand and accept the private, spiritual nature of all offerings
• Acknowledge the liability waiver and assumption of personal responsibility
• Intend to uphold the values of the Alliance during all participation in offerings
